A major European exchange on the theme of commercial justice, in the prestigious setting of the European Parliament.

Speakers from the Altajuris International Commission (Maryam Mamozai, Julie Lodomez, Hervé Dardy and Fancesca Saracci) provided fascinating insights into our differences, our similarities, and the work that still needs to be done to improve our respective systems.

The contrasting perspectives of the judge (Ralf Brunner) and the academic (Julien Theron) complemented these approaches with, on the one hand, the daily practice of the magistrate and, on the other, the historical overview and critical analysis of commercial justice, particularly in France.

Discussions with the audience highlighted the need and curiosity to learn about the systems of our neighbouring countries, with which we inevitably come into contact in our daily practices.

Once again, thank you to all the organizers and to the President of the General Conference of Consular Judges of France, Mr. Michel Peslier, for their hospitality and for this wonderful opportunity!
